During my 16 year tenure at Vaughn Endodontics, I helped lead the transformation from a solo-site practice into a thriving three-location, four doctor enterprise.
My journey has taught me a vital lesson: Clinical excellence cannot thrive on a fractured foundation. I created the YES Method because I realized that there is power in the fundamental knowledge of YES. There is – Operational Calm in the power of YES. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and coaching some very talented managers and teams. My unique perspective has helped many practice owners and their teams take their business to the next level.
